3 original 1906 switch board ladders uncovered in the attic space of Studio 123, originally The Winchester Telephone Exchange Building.
They ran on a track attached at the ceiling, parallel to the switch boards.
We will restore the ladders and use them in the new units.
Made in Holyoke, Massachusetts.
This match book was found with the ladders and we have come to learn from the Winchester Archives that Renton’s market was located at 32 Church Street.
